I started shooting with Canon because a friend who worked there hooked me up with a great discount on my first DSLR body and lens. In the blink of an eye I’d purchased my wide angle lens, spare batteries, a flash unit and a telephoto lens. My path was set.
Once you invest enough in a particular brand I think it’s challenging, and expensive, to sell secondhand gear with a decent return and start fresh. Not that I’d want to switch brands as I love my Canon products…unless Hassleblad came knocking on my door, then I’d reconsider!
I’m often asked a lot of questions about what gear I use, so here’s a list…the links will take you directly to the product pages on Amazon or B&H.
